Grant Evaluation. Grant performance will be evaluated during the year for which the grant is made. The information received in the reports described in paragraphs 6 or 7 of these Grant Terms and Conditions and any Special Conditions required in the Grant Agreement, and, at the discretion of Grantor, from other sources, will form the basis for the report. Grantees must provide further information if requested by Grantor.
