GRADING PLAN. 1. The Developer shall submit a Final Grading Plan for approval by the Director. All grading of the Plat and individual lots and outlots shall be graded in conformity with the approved Final Grading Plan. 2. Upon completion of the grading of the Plat, the Developer shall submit to the City a certification by a licensed surveyor that the site has been graded in accordance with the Final Grading Plan.
