Common use of Governmental Liens Clause in Contracts

Governmental Liens. Any lien, levy or assessment is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any part of the Collateral or the assets of Holdings, Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other governmental agency (other than Permitted Encumbrances); or

Governmental Liens. Any lienLien, levy or assessment (other than Permitted Encumbrances) is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any material part of the Collateral or the assets of Holdings, Borrower any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other governmental agency (other than Permitted Encumbrances)Governmental Authority, in each case; or
