Common use of Governmental Licenses, Permits and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Governmental Licenses, Permits and Approvals. All rights and incidents of interest of Seller in and to all licenses, permits, authorizations and approvals (collectively, "Permits") issued to Seller by any Governmental Entity (as defined in Section 2.2) used in the Business, including without limitation such of the foregoing as are listed in Schedule 1.1.9;
