Common use of Governmental Approvals and Compliance Clause in Contracts

Governmental Approvals and Compliance. Licensee shall, at its expense, be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental approvals for the development, production, distribution, performance, sale and use of any Licensed Product, and shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in conducting its activities under this Agreement. Licensee shall, at its expense, also be responsible for any warning labels, packaging and instructions produced or distributed with respect to the use of Licensed Products and for the quality control for any Licensed Products.
