BDSI’s rights in the Licensed Patents is subject to the rights of the US Government, if any, in the Patents and BDSI’s and its Affiliates’ reserved, irrevocable, royalty-free right to manufacture, have manufactured, and use any Products, including Licensed Products, for research and development purposes.
