Common use of Government Approvals Clause in Contracts

Government Approvals. No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by Seller of this Agreement or any other Agreement Document, except for the filing of the UCC Financing Statements referred to in Article V, all of which, at the time required in Article V, shall have been duly made and shall be in full force and effect.

Government Approvals. No consent, authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by Seller the Borrower of this Agreement or any other Agreement DocumentTransaction Document to which it is a party, except for the filing of the UCC Financing Statements referred to in Article VVI, all of which, at the time required in Article VVI, shall have been duly made and shall be in full force and effect.

Government Approvals. No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by Seller the Transferor of this Agreement Agreement, the Certificate of Assignments or any other Agreement Document, except EXCEPT for the filing of the UCC Financing Statements referred to in Article ARTICLE V, all of which, at the time required in Article ARTICLE V, shall have been duly made and shall be in full force and effect.

Government Approvals. No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body Governmental Authority is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by Seller Manufacturer of this Agreement or any other Agreement Document, except for the filing of the UCC Financing Statements referred to in Article Vfinancing statements, all of which, at the time required in Article Vrequired, shall have been duly made and shall be in full force and effect.

No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by Seller the Borrower or the Servicer of this Agreement or any other Agreement Transaction Document, except for the filing of the UCC Financing Statements financing statements referred to in Article V, all of which, at the time required in Article V, shall have been duly made and shall be in full force and effect.

No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by Seller API of this Agreement or any other Agreement Document, Document except for the filing of the UCC Financing Statements referred to in Article Vthe Purchase and Sale Agreement, all of which, at the time required in Article V, the Purchase and Sale Agreement shall have been duly made and shall be in full force and effect.
