This User Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. • Any dispute controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this User Agreement or the breach thereof, which cannot be settled amicably by the parties, shall be settled by the competent courts of the State of Qatar. • IIn the event of a conflict between this User Agreement and the terms and conditions of the Marketplace Agreement, this User Agreement shall prevail.
