Governing Law and Jurisdiction Appropriate Forum. 14.1 This Deed is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law save that those parts of this Deed concerned with the creation, subsistence or enforcement of Jersey Security Interests shall be governed by and in accordance with Jersey law.
