GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM. The seat of arbitration shall be Ernakulam and the language of arbitration shall be English. The venue of arbitration shall be the nearest Mediation Centre. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of India and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Ernakulum.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM. 19.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in relation to termination and or cancellation, payment, performance, penalty or any matter thereto which the parties fails to resolve amicably, either party shall have a liberty to refer the dispute for determination by any court of law with competent jurisdiction to adjudicate the same
