Common use of Goog-411 Clause in Contracts

Goog-411. If Customer wishes to provide a telephone-based directory assistance service to its Desktop Device Subscribers or Phone Device Subscribers, then Customer shall not unreasonably refuse to use Goog-411 for this purpose if Google asks Customer to use Goog-411. "Goog-411” means Google’s telephone-based directory assistance service.
