Common use of Goodwill with Customers Clause in Contracts

Goodwill with Customers. Executive acknowledges that Company has near permanent relationships with its customers and owns the goodwill in Executive’s relationships with customers that Executive will or has developed or maintained in the course and scope of Executive’s employment with Company. If Executive owns goodwill in a relationship with a customer as of the Effective Date, Executive assigns any and all such goodwill to Company, and Company shall become the owner of such goodwill.
