Goodwill with Customers. The Employee acknowledges that the Employer and the Affiliates have lasting relationships with their customers and own the goodwill in the Employee’s relationships with customers that the Employee will or has developed or maintained in the course and scope of the Employee’s employment with the Employer. If the Employee owned goodwill in a relationship with a customer when the Employee commenced employment with the Employer, then the Employee hereby assigns any and all such goodwill to the Employer, and the Employer shall become the owner of such goodwill. Goodwill with Customers. Executive acknowledges that Company has near permanent relationships with its customers and owns the goodwill in Executive’s relationships with customers that Executive will or has developed or maintained in the course and scope of Executive’s employment with Company. If Executive owns goodwill in a relationship with a customer as of the Effective Date, Executive assigns any and all such goodwill to Company, and Company shall become the owner of such goodwill.
Goodwill with Customers. The Executive acknowledges that the Company Group has lasting relationships with their customers, channel partners, solar and home improvement manufacturing, distribution and referral companies and with its relationships with its capital providers and own the goodwill in the Executive’s relationships with such parties and that the Executive will develop or has developed or maintained in the course and scope of the Executive’s employment with the Parent. If the Executive owned goodwill in a relationship with any such party when the Executive commenced employment with the Parent, then the Executive hereby assigns any and all such goodwill to the Parent, and the Parent shall become the owner of such goodwill.
