Global Appendix. If the Participant is subject to the laws of a jurisdiction outside of the United States of America, the Award will be subject to all applicable terms and conditions set out in Appendix C.

If you relocate to a country included in the Global Appendix, the terms and conditions applicable to such country shall apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that their application is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Global Appendix, as provided to you separately, forms part of this Agreement.
