Global Appendix. This grant of Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units is subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth in the Global Appendix (provided to you separately) applicable to your country of residence or employment. If you relocate to a country included in the Global Appendix, the terms and conditions applicable to such country shall apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that their application is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Global Appendix, as provided to you separately, forms part of this Agreement.
