Upfront Fee The Borrowers shall pay to the Facility Agent for distribution to the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Bookrunners an upfront fee in the amount and at the times agreed in Fee Letters.
Up-Front Fee The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent an up-front fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.
Upfront Fees On the Effective Date, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender an upfront fee as agreed to by the Borrower and such Lender. Once paid, such upfront fees shall be nonrefundable.
Minimum Monthly Rent 3.1.1 Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord a Minimum Monthly Rent, initially in the amount set forth in the Basic Provisions, during each month of the Term of this Lease. Minimum Monthly Rent for a period constituting less than a full month shall be prorated on the basis of a thirty (30)-day month.

Interest Subsidy and Special Allowance Payments and Rebate Fees The Seller shall be entitled to all Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments on each Additional Loan or Substituted Loan accruing up to but not including the related Subsequent Cutoff Date and shall be responsible for the payment of any rebate fees applicable to such Purchased Loans subject to the related Xxxx of Sale accruing up to but not including the related Subsequent Cutoff Date. The Purchaser and the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Purchaser shall be entitled to all Special Allowance Payments and Interest Subsidy Payments accruing from the related Subsequent Cutoff Date with respect to the Additional Loans or Substituted Loans, and shall be responsible for the payment of any rebate fees applicable to the Additional Loans accruing from the date of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date.
CONTRACT FEE An annual charge for administration expenses made on each contract anniversary prior to the Maturity Date.
Minimum Rent The defined term “Minimum Rent” set forth in Section 1.66 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.
Licensing Fee In consideration for the licensing rights set forth herein, the Licensee agrees to pay AmericaTowne an initial fee of $35,000, which is due and payable as follows: (i) $5,000 on the Effective Date, and (ii) USD $30,000 on 29 October 2014 (the "Licensing Fee"). The Licensing Fee is non-refundable except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement. At the discretion of AmericaTowne the Licensee may be required to sign a note for any outstanding licensing fee.
