Common use of Geotechnical Engineering Clause in Contracts

Geotechnical Engineering. Consultant shall be able to perform tasks associated with the design and analysis of geological systems and equipment, including but not limited to, reviewing and preparing geological Plans (and details), Specifications, and Cost Estimates (PS&E), reports, assessments, and calculations as deemed necessary to complete the job and in compliance with the current local, state, and federal required standards, laws, and regulations of such disciplines.
