Common use of Geometric Design Clause in Contracts

Geometric Design. The Engineer shall: A. Refine Schematic (This task may be deleted if the schematic is not available and replaced with Preliminary Geometric layout). The Engineer shall review the schematic provided by the State to confirm their understanding of the project and to verify completeness and accuracy of the information.
