Common use of Geographical Coverage Clause in Contracts

Geographical Coverage. This Agreement shall apply only to employees in the bar­ gaining units of the Labor Agreement and the Addendum between the Employer and the Union and, for purposes o f this Agreement, the term “ employees” means only those bargain­ ing unit employees.
