Generally Applicable Terms. Any option or options granted you under Section 2(c) shall be subject to any applicable stock option plan, option certificate, option holder and shareholder agreements and other restrictions and limitations generally applicable to equity held by Company employees or otherwise required by law as well as any terms, including without limitation, restrictions imposed by the Board on such options specifically. You will not be eligible to receive any stock options, restricted stock or other equity of the Company, however, whether under an equity incentive plan or otherwise, unless expressly authorized for you individually by the Board or a designated committee thereof.
