Common use of General Survival Clause in Contracts

General Survival. Articles 1, 8, 11 and 12 and Section 9.4 and Section 9.5 (for the period set forth therein) shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 10, all rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall terminate upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

General Survival. Articles Sections 7.1.3, 7.2.2, and this Section 12.5, and Article 1, 8Article 10, 11 Article 13, and 12 and Section 9.4 and Section 9.5 (for the period set forth therein) Article 14, shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 10Section 12.5, all rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall terminate upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

General Survival. Articles 1, 8, 11 and 12 and Section 9.4 Sections 2.1, 2.8, 4.2, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 7.1, 7.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 10.1, 10.4, 10.6 and Section 9.5 (for the period set forth therein) 10.7 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 10, all rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall terminate upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Articles Sections 1, 82.2, 11 7.10, 8.1, 10, 12.1, 13.6, 14 and 12 and Section 9.4 and Section 9.5 (for the period set forth therein) 15 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reasonin accordance with its terms. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 10Section 13.6.4, all rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall terminate upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reasonin accordance with its terms.
