GENERAL STANDARDS OF WORKMANSHIP. A. The Developer and/or Landowner shall construct all improvements in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City, and with the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Agreement, including installation of landscaping. The Developer and/or Landowner shall not incorporate any material or equipment into an improvement unless the City has approved its use. Unless the City specifically agrees otherwise in writing, all materials, supplies, and equipment incorporated into an improvement shall be new.
