General Policy Statement. The District and the Association have a mutual interest in establishing an environment that fosters and encourages the creativity of individual faculty members. In accordance with this mutual goal, the purpose of this Article is to identify the owners of the copyrights and patents to certain works and inventions that may be created by the faculty members.
