General Policy Statement. A reduced assignment enabling regular full-time Employees to respond to their personal circumstances is a viable and effective staffing option for both the College and Employees. Accordingly, the parties agree to adopt arrangements for a Reduced Assignment Plan for regular full- time Employees in accordance with the following provisions.
