General Performance Requirements. NSGT shall provide proper training and education to all persons performing Services, and shall ensure that such persons have sufficient experience and expertise to perform the Services in an efficient and effective manner. NSGT covenants and warrants that NSGT will perform all Services in accordance with the standards and practices of care, skill, and diligence customarily observed by similar firms under similar circumstances at the time the Services are rendered. Xtera’s acceptance of and/or payment for NSGT’s workmanship, materials/Parts, or Product shall not relieve NSGT of the warranty obligations herein.
