General Payment Procedures. Unless otherwise expressly payable in certain time frames as provided in this Agreement, the receiving Party shall invoice the paying Party for all amounts due to such non-paying/receiving Party under this Agreement, and such payments shall be made within thirty (30) days following the receipt by the paying Party of an invoice from the receiving Party specifying the amount due.
