Common use of General Condition Clause in Contracts

General Condition. (a) Possess a valid Certificate of Airworthiness with respect to the Aircraft issued by the Air Authority. The Aircraft will also meet all requirements for U.S. domestic operations under FAR Part 121 and will meet the requirements of FAR Part 36, Appendix C, Stage 3 noise compliance, without waiver or restriction. There will be no deferred, open or carryover items on the Aircraft or any Engine on the Expiration Date;
