Common use of GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions. The allottee shall not make any changes in the external walls of the building including by erecting temporary tin sheds in the balcony. The allottee shall not keep any racks or cupboards in the common passage / corridor of the floor.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, window grills, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face/faced of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of or the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.

Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase stair case of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter there after the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottees shall will also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of or the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottees shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall Allottees will plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or and / or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.

Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 Clause 14 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her her/its own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingProject Property, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building Project Property is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she she/it would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building Project Property or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any material in the common passages or staircase of the BuildingProject Property. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottees shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Allottees shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Allottees shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/his/ her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Buildingbuilding, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/he/ she would not put any signsign board/ name-board / nameplateplate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. etc on the facade face/ façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings building therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or allottees and/ or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages damage arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee The Purchaser shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee Purchaser further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Purchasers shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees Purchasers and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesPurchasers. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she the Allottee would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or the Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour color scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association Association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association the Association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottees shall will also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of or the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottees shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall Allottees will plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or and / or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.

Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. (i) Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee Purchaser shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee Purchaser further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Purchasers shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Vendor/Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees Purchasers and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesPurchasers. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions. That the purchaser/s shall strictly use the apartment/unit for residential purpose only and for no other purposes, such as, office, business place, guest house, restaurant, beauty parlour, games or activity area and/or not restricted to the named above but also not for any other purposes of like nature.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 abovethis Agreement, the Allottee Purchaser shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her her/its own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingTower, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound Tower Common Areas which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building Tower is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee Purchaser further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she she/it would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face/facade of the Building Tower or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Purchaser shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the BuildingTower. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesAssociation. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para clause 12 above, above the Allottee shall, allottee shall after taking possession, possession be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment apartment at his/her own cost, cost in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or anythingor to the Building, building or the Apartment, apartment or the staircases, lifts, staircase lifts common passages, corridors, passages corridors circulation areas, areas atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make male additions to the Apartment apartment and keep the Apartment, apartment its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, partitions sewer drains pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in un a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, support shelter etc. etc of the Building building is not to in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, undertake assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplate, signboard or nameplate neon light, light publicity material or advertisement material etc. etc on the facade face or façade of the Building building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, project buildings therein or Common Areascommon areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of f the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee allottee shall not store any hazardous hazadious or combustible goods in the Apartment apartment or place any material heavy materials in the common passages passage or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottee allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartmentapartment. The Allottee allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or allottees andor maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages damage arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, Apartment or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common AreasAreas except the place provided by the Owner/ Promoter or the purpose. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter “Owner/Promoter" and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee Allottee/s shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium areas or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee Allottee/s further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour color scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottee/s shall not store any storeany hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Allottee/s shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Allottee/s shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Vendor/Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee Allottee/s shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she the Allottee would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or the Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the ApartmentFlat. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees andguarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any storeany hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of wallof the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further Further, the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid previously mentioned conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee/s shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.The Allottee Allottee/s further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face/ façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee/s shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottee/s shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Allottee/s shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. .The Allottee Allottee/s shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Promoter/Owner/Developer and thereafter the association Association of Allottees Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency appointed by association Association of Allottees. Allottee/s. The Allottee Allottee/s shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid aforementioned conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment Office at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment [Flat/Shop] or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment Apartment/Commercial Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment/Commercial Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Apartment/Commercial Unit and keep the Apartment/Commercial Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment Apartment/Commercial Unit or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment/Commercial Unit. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee Allottee/s further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee/s shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottee/s shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Allottee/s shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of wallof the Apartment. The Allottee Allottee/s shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Vendors/Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. Allottee/s. The Allottee Allottee/s shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her her/its own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Buildingbuildings, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium areas or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she she/it would not put put-any sign-board / nameplateboard, name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or the Residential Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities and Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities. The Allottees Allottee shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment/Plot. The Allottee shall plan and distribute his/her/its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee/s further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face/façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee/s shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottee/s shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Allottee/s shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Allottee/s shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association Association of Allottees Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency appointed by association Association of Allottees. Allottee/s. The Allottee Allottee/s shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the ofthe aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment and keep the Apartmentsaid Apartment for residential usage, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees Apartments Owner Association (AOA) and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesApartments Owner Association (AOA)/competent authority. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee Purchaser further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Purchasers shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall anywall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter bythe Vendor and thereafter the association of Allottees Purchasers and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesPurchasers. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss anyloss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottees Allottee/s shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottee/s shall not store any storeany hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Allottee/s shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of wallof the Apartment. The Allottee Allottee/s shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Vendor/Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. Allottee/s. The Allottee Allottee/s shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-sign- board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. Further Further, the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association Association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association Association of Allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid previously mentioned conditions.

Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Assignor and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at hisApartment/Flat athis/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, Apartment or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound areas which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Apartmen and keep the Apartment, Apartment its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions. The allottee shall also not change the name of the building which is ANNAPURNA APARTMENT.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment SUNS RAYS PLACE at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the ApartmentSUNS RAYS PLACE, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment SUNS RAYS PLACE and keep the ApartmentSUNS RAYS PLACE, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any storeany hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment SUNS RAYS PLACE or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the ApartmentSUNS RAYS PLACE. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further Further, the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the ApartmenttheApartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid previously mentioned conditions. The Allottee shall only use the premises for residential purpose only and shall not carry out any commercial activity in the said apartment.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottees further undertakesundertake, assures assure and guarantees guarantee that he/she they would not put any signsig-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face / faced of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall will also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of or the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottees shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place places any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall Allottees will plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Promoter/Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or and / or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 clause 14 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/his/ her own cost, in good repair and condition condition. It shall be the responsibility of the allottee to maintain his unit in a proper manner and take all due care needed including but not limiting to the joints in the tiles in his flat are regularly filled with white cement/ epoxy to prevent water seepage and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Buildingbuilding, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/he/ she would not put any signsign board/ name-board / nameplateplate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. etc on the facade face/ façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Projectproject, buildings building therein or Common Areascommon areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. It is agreed recorded that the Promoter shall have exclusive right to place Hoarding, Neon Sign on the stair head room and Lift Machine room. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or allottees and/ or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages damage arising out of breach of any aforesaid conditions. Internal wiring for electrification will be provided for each Apartment. However, the Allottee(s) will have to apply to the concerned Electricity Authority individually for obtaining supply of power and the meter for their respective Apartment. The Allottee(s) shall be required to pay the applicable security deposit and/or other charges for the same to the concerned Electricity Authority . To carry out at his own cost all internal repairs to the said Apartment and maintain the Apartment in the same condition, state and order in which it was delivered by the Promoter to the Allottee and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the building in which the Apartment is situated or the Apartment which may be contrary to the rules and regulations and bye-laws of the aforesaid conditionsconcerned local authority or other public authority. In the event of the Allottee committing any act in contravention of the above provision, the Allottee shall be responsible and liable for the consequences thereof to the concerned local authority and/or other public authority. Not to demolish or cause to be demolished the Apartment or any part thereof, nor at any time make or cause to be made any addition or alteration of whatever nature in or to the Apartment or any part thereof, nor any alteration in the elevation and outside colour scheme of the building in which the Apartment is situated and shall keep the portion, sewers, drains and pipes in the Apartment and the appurtenances thereto in good tenantable repair and condition, and in particular, so as to support shelter and protect the other parts of the building in which the Apartment is situated and shall not chisel or in any other manner cause damage to columns, beams, walls, slabs or RCC, Pardis or other structural members in the Apartment without the prior written permission of the Promoter and/or the Society or the Limited Company CABLE/BROADBAND/TELEPHONE CONNECTION: Provisions has been made only for one or more service providers as selected by the Developer for providing the services of cable, broadband, telephone etc. The Purchaser (as also other unit owners) will not be entitled to fix any antenna, equipment or any gadget on the roof or terrace of the Building or any window antenna, excepting that the Purchaser shall be entitled to avail the cable connection facilities of the designated service providers to all the Flat/Units.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or door suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or at riumor the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, ,its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face/façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase stair case of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Said Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Said Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Owners/Promoters and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Vendor/Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees Purchasers and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesPurchasers. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions. That the purchaser/s shall strictly use the apartment/unit for residential purpose only and for no other purposes, such as, office, business place, guest house, restaurant, beauty parlour, games or activity area and/or not restricted to the named above but also not for any other purposes of like nature.

Further the Allottee Allottee/s shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees andguarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face/facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common orCommon Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side exteriorside of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any storeany hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment theApartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or passagesor staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of wallof the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems electricalsystems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by appointedby association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the ofthe aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she she/they would not put any signsign- board/name-board / nameplateplate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further Further, the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Co- owners / Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees Association and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesAssociation. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 abovethis Agreement, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her her/its own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingTower, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound Tower Common Areas which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building Tower is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she she/it would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face/facade of the Building Tower or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the BuildingTower. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesAssociation. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment said [Apartment] at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said building [Apartment], or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and keep the said Apartment,, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees grantees that he/he/ she would not put any signsign- board/ name-board / nameplateplate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade façade of the Building building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings building therein or Common Areascommon areas. The Allottees shall Allottee also not change the colour color scheme of the outer walls wall or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment [Apartment] or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the [Apartment]. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical electric load in conformity with the electrical electric systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association Association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by the association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee shall be responsible responsive for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change changes or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, window grills, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face / faced of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of or the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee Purchaser shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment said Flat at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartmentsaid Flat, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Flat and keep the Apartmentsaid Flat, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee Purchaser further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-sign- board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Purchaser shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment said Flat or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartmentsaid Flat. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Developer and thereafter the association of Allottees Purchasers and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesPurchasers. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she she/it would not put any sign-board / nameplateboard/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face/facade of the Building Tower or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Allottee shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the BuildingTower. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Owner and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesAssociation. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

Further the Allottee shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allotteesallottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee Purchaser further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees Purchasers shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Purchaser shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee Purchaser shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee Purchaser shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter Vendor and thereafter the association of Allottees Purchasers and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of AllotteesPurchasers. The Allottee Purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change changes or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.. The Allottee Allottees further undertakesundertake, assures assure and guarantees guarantee that he/she they would not put any signsig-board / nameplatename-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the facade face / faced of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall will also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of or the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee Allottees shall not store any and hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place places any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottee shall Allottees will plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of Allottees and/or and / or maintenance agency appointed by association of Allottees. The Allottee Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of or the aforesaid conditions.
