Common use of General Changes Clause in Contracts

General Changes. If such regulatory changes apply generally to the Client Product as well as to other products produced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for itself or for third parties, then Client shall pay a pro rata amount of the reasonable cost of such regulatory changes based upon the proportion of time that the Facility is dedicated to the Production of Client Product relative to the production of such other products.

General Changes. If such regulatory required changes apply generally to the Client Product as well as to other products produced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for itself or for third parties, then Client shall pay a pro rata amount of the reasonable cost of such regulatory required changes based upon the proportion of time that the Facility is dedicated to the Production of Client Product relative to the production of such other products.

If such regulatory changes apply generally to the Client Product one or more Products as well as to one or more other products produced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for itself or for third parties, then Client shall pay a pro rata amount of the reasonable cost of such regulatory changes based upon the proportion of time that the Facility such facility is dedicated to the Production of Client Product Products relative to the production of such other products.
