General Calculation Rule Clause Samples

The General Calculation Rule clause establishes the standard method or formula to be used for performing calculations under the agreement. It typically outlines the procedures, variables, and any assumptions that must be applied when determining amounts such as payments, adjustments, or other financial figures. For example, it may specify how interest is to be calculated or how prorated amounts are determined. This clause ensures consistency and transparency in financial computations, reducing the risk of disputes over how figures are derived.
