Common use of General Authorization Clause in Contracts

General Authorization. All persons listed below are also listed in the most recent borrowing resolution. Any one (1) of the persons indicated below (“Authorized Signers”) is authorized to act on behalf of Borrower for all purposes including, but not limited to obtaining any and all information pertaining to the Loan, requesting any action under the loan documents, providing any certificates on behalf of Borrower, and appointing and changing Authorized Persons (defined in Section II below). All persons who signed the Loan Agreement on behalf of Borrower must sign in this Section I acknowledging their agreement with the below listed Authorized Persons.
