General and Interpretation. 4.1. This representation has been executed in [●] ([●]) counterparts in the Polish and English languages, one counterpart for each language version for each of the Heirs and the Company, whereas in case of any discrepancies the English version shall prevail. 4.2. The interpretation provisions and the general provisions of the Agreement, in particular, such as Clauses 12, 15 to 17 shall apply to this representation.
