General Agent. shall pay to the Company all premium taxes payable for policies subject to reinsurance hereunder. In the event that the ceding fee and premium taxes are not so paid by the General Agent within 60 days following the end of the month, the unpaid balance shall be paid directly to the Company by the Reinsurer.
