Common use of General Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

General Administrative Services. The Contractor shall provide such general administrative services as may be required or specifically requested by the Company including accounting services, access to and consolidation of information in the Seadrill Group enterprise resource planning systems, and advice and assistance in the general administration and management of the business, subject to Section 7 hereof.
