During the term of this Agreement, and all renewals and extensions hereof, Doctor's Care hereby engages Medical Management to serve as Doctor's Care's exclusive manager and administrator of all non-medical functions and non-physician services relating to the operation of the Offices; and Medical Management agrees to furnish to Doctor's Care all of the non-medical development, management and administrative services as may be needed by Doctor's Care in connection with the operation of the Offices. Such non-medical development, management and administrative services shall include the following:

During the term of this Agreement, and all renewals and extensions hereof, Design shall furnish to HLM, or assist HLM in obtaining, as deemed appropriate by Design in its sole discretion, all of the non-architectural and non-engineering development, management and administrative services as may be needed by HLM in connection with HLM's operations. Additionally, Design shall provide HLM with such advice and supervision regarding all aspects of HLM's architectural and engineering services as HLM may request from time to time, subject in all events to the limitations set forth in Section 4 hereof.
