Gender and Tense. As used in this Agreement, the masculine, feminine and neuter gender, and the singular or plural number, shall each be deemed to include the other or others whenever the context so indicates.

  • Gender and Number Any reference in this Agreement to gender shall include all genders, and words imparting the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa.
