Gearing Ratio. Gearing Ratio. The Consolidated Financial Indebtedness of the Parent shall not at any time be more than 35.0% of the Total Capital.
Gearing Ratio. The Borrower must ensure that its Gearing Ratio at the end of each Measurement Period ending after the Utilisation Date, is less than 5.0 to 1.
Gearing Ratio. Taking into consideration the payment of all Shareholder Contributions to the Borrower (including discretionary contributions of equity made pursuant to Section 2.8 (Shareholder Contributions in Excess of the Support Obligations), the Gearing Ratio shall not at any time exceed the Maximum Gearing Ratio.
Gearing Ratio. The ratio of Consolidated Total Debt to Equity shall not at any time exceed 0,5:1.
