Gaming. If the Program plans to conduct any gaming activities whatsoever, the Program MUST first obtain the explicit (written) approval from the Fiscal Sponsor to do so. Additionally, the Program must forward the Fiscal Sponsor copies of all gaming registrations and reports IMMEDIATELY after such has been prepared and BEFORE such are filed with the relevant authorities.
