Common use of Gaming Redemption Clause in Contracts

Gaming Redemption. The Company may require a Disqualified Holder to dispose of its Securities or the Company may redeem any Securities held by a Disqualified Holder at a price equal to the lowest of (i) the Per Share Value of such Securities, (ii) such other redemption price as required by applicable law or order of any gaming authority or (iii) to the extent required by the New Jersey Gaming Laws, the price that the Disqualified Holder paid for such Securities.
