Common use of Gaming License Clause in Contracts

Gaming License. Employer and Employee understand that it may be necessary for Employee to maintain in full force and effect at all times, gaming licenses required by various jurisdictions in which subsidiaries or affiliates of the LLC are conducting gaming operations for persons serving in a similar capacity as Employee. Accordingly, during the course of his employment, Employee agrees to use his best efforts to obtain and maintain such licenses, to fully cooperate in the investigation or investigations to be conducted in connection therewith and otherwise to fully comply with all requirements of applicable Gaming Authorities and Governmental Authorities.

Gaming License. Employer and Employee understand that it may shall be necessary for Employee to obtain and maintain in full force and effect at all times, gaming licenses required by each of the various jurisdictions in which subsidiaries or affiliates of the LLC are conducting gaming operations for persons serving in a similar capacity as Employeeoperations. Accordingly, during the course of his employment, Employee agrees to use his best efforts to obtain and maintain such licenses, to fully cooperate in the investigation or investigations to be conducted in connection therewith and otherwise to fully comply with all requirements of applicable Gaming Authorities and Governmental Authorities.
