Galvanized steel 8D nails shall be used when placing structural-use panels, and galvanized steel 16D when placing furring strips. Galvanized self-tapping No.10 screws, 2 ½ inches long, with gimlet point should only be used when it becomes necessary to anchor a furring strip directly to corrugated roofing where there is not an existing rafter underneath to anchor into. All fasteners shall be installed every twenty-four (24) inches on center along the panel or furring strip. Corrugated roofs may require 3 1/2 –inch fasteners. The Contractor shall furnish and install fasteners of sufficient length to ensure a good connection.

C8.64 – DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION CERTIFICATION (3/18). Pursuant to 2 CFR 180 and 2 CFR 417, Purchaser shall certify and obtain certifications from its Subcontractors regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion, including additional Subcontractors obtained after award of this contract. “Subcontractors” are participants in lower tier covered transactions.
