Common use of Futures Contract Market Clause in Contracts

Futures Contract Market. Any grain market designated as a futures contract market under authority of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended. Grain. All products commonly referred to as grain, such as wheat, corn, oats, barley, rye, rice, soybeans, xxxxx, sorghum, triticale, millet, pulses (other than dry edible beans), sunflower seed, rapeseed, canola, safflower, flaxseed, mustard seed, crambe, sesame seed, or any oilseed designated by the Secretary for the purpose of this agreement, and other products as are ordinarily stored in grain warehouses, subject to the approval of AMS.
