Future Training. BUYER may schedule a maximum of six (6) students per year in TRANSACT’s regularly scheduled training class, at TRANSACT’s location, during the Term of this Agreement. If no regularly scheduled classes are conducted, then BUYER may request TRANSACT to conduct one (1) class per year in which BUYER may schedule a maximum of six (6) students. The cost of travel for training will be paid for by BUYER.
