Common use of Future Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Future Negotiations. At the request of any Party, the Parties shall consider initiating future negotiations with a view to extending the coverage of this Chapter, where the Party grants suppliers of a non-Party, through an international treaty that enters into force after the entry into force of this Agreement, greater access to its government procurement market than it grants to suppliers of the other Party in accordance with this Chapter.
