Common use of Future Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Future Negotiations. ‌ 1. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the terms of this Agreement will be in full force from the date fully executed and will remain in full force and effect until December 31, 2024. 2. Negotiations on proposed amendments to this Agreement may be held at any time by mutual agreement of the Union and the Employer.
