Future Funding. The Share Sale Agreement or the Shareholders’ Agreement will contain terms regarding Braiin’s infusion of funds into VIS Networks after the First Settlement Date for the purposes of growth capital. The terms and conditions of such infusion by Braiin (including amounts required towards such infusion) shall be mutually agreed between the Parties and set out in the Shareholders’ Agreement.
