Future Funding. You acknowledge and agree that We are under no obligation to provide any other Funding to You beyond the expiration or termination of the Service Agreement.
Future Funding. The Government’s legal funding obligation is limited to the amount shown as the “Total Obligated on Award,” section of the Cooperative Agreement document.
Future Funding. County is not, as a result of entry into or performance by either party under this Agreement, obligated to provide future grants, program-related investments, or other financial or technical support to Recipient, or to extend the relationship with Recipient in any respect, or to engage in any other transaction or relationship with Recipient. Recipient acknowledges that County has not made to Recipient any representations, promises, or assurances about future funding or other support.
Future Funding. This Agreement and the Grant only apply to the Project specifically described in this Agreement. GOCO makes no representations regarding future funding for future phases of the Project, whether or not described in the Project Application, Project Summary, or otherwise.
Future Funding. The Grant provided pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to be an actual or implied promise of the Commission to fund the Project except as provided for herein. No representation by the Commission, or its members, employees or agents, shall be binding unless set forth in writing and signed by the Executive Director. In addition to the other remedies provided by law or in this Agreement, if the Company or Grantee fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Project shall not be entitled to additional funding by the Commission.

Future Funding. The Grantee acknowledges that the ASPCA and its representatives have made no actual or implied promise of funding except for the amounts specified in this Agreement. If any of the Grant funds are returned or if the Grant is rescinded, the Grantee acknowledges that the ASPCA will have no further obligation to the Grantee in connection with this Grant as a result of such return or rescission.
Future Funding. The Department agrees to continue to work with the tribes regarding social service funding issues and re-evaluate future funding possibilities.
Future Funding. Because the period of performance contemplated by this Agreement involves performance by Contractor in a subsequent City fiscal year(s), funding for this Agreement is subject to the appropriation of discretionary funds by the City Council and designation of Contractor as the recipient for such subsequent City fiscal year(s) and Contractor understands that the Department is under no obligation to continue its funding in such subsequent fiscal years except as expressly set forth herein. Contractor further understands that any funding in any fiscal year subsequent to the fiscal year for which the services here contracted for is subject to City Council Policies and Procedures (which may be found online at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/budget/discretionary-funding-policies-and-procedures/), the Contractor’s timely submission of Discretionary Funding Expense Application(s) to the City Council for the applicable fiscal year, the appropriation of Discretionary Funding and designation of Contractor as the recipient by the City Council and all necessary clearances.
Future Funding. Grantee acknowledges that the receipt of this grant does not imply a commitment on behalf of the HSUS to continue funding beyond the terms listed in this grant agreement.
