Common use of Future Equity Awards Clause in Contracts

Future Equity Awards. Commencing in 2020, the Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, and the Executive will be granted such stock options, restricted stock units and other equity incentive grants as determined by the Board in its sole discretion, if any.

Future Equity Awards. Commencing in 20202021 and during the Term, the Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, and the Executive will be eligible to be granted such stock options, restricted stock units and other equity incentive awards subject to the terms of the Plan based on both the Company’s and Executive’s performance, and with the ultimate value of any such future grants as determined by the Board or its Compensation Committee in its sole discretion, if any.

Future Equity Awards. Commencing in 2020, the Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive award programs of the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, and the Executive will be granted such which includes but is not limited to stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units units, stock appreciation rights, performance shares and any other equity long-term incentive programs, provided, however, that grants as determined by of any such awards shall be made in the Board in its sole discretion, if anydiscretion of the Board.

Future Equity Awards. Commencing in 20202021 and during the Term, the Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, and the Executive will be eligible to be granted such stock options, restricted stock units and other equity incentive awards with a target grant-date value equal to $1,500,000, with such target subject to adjustment based on both the Company’s and Executive’s performance, and with the ultimate value of any such future grants as determined by the Board or its Compensation Committee in its sole discretion, if any.

Commencing in 20202023 and during the Term, the Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, and the Executive will be eligible to be granted such stock options, restricted stock units and other equity incentive awards subject to determination based on both the Company’s and Executive’s performance, and with the ultimate value of any such future grants as determined by the Board or its Compensation Committee in its its/their sole discretion, if any.
