Common use of Future Documents Clause in Contracts

Future Documents. The HMO is required by this Contract to comply with all future Medicaid and BadgerCare provider publications and Contract Interpretation Bulletins issued pursuant to this Contract. The documents listed in this section constitute the entire Contract between the parties. No other oral or written expression, constitutes any part of this Contract.
