Future Advances Tax Payment. To the extent the Agent is a beneficiary of any Mortgage, as a condition precedent to any Lender’s obligations to make any Loans available to the Borrower hereunder, the Borrower will pay to the Agent or the Person entitled thereto any mortgage, recording, intangible, documentary stamp or other similar taxes and charges which the Agent reasonably determines to be payable as a result of such Loan to any state or any county or municipality thereof in which any of the Borrowing Base Properties is located, and deliver to the Agent such affidavits or other information which the Agent reasonably determines to be necessary in connection with such payment in order to insure that the Mortgages on the Borrowing Base Properties located in such state secure the Borrower’s obligation with respect to the Loans then being requested by the Borrower. The provisions of this §11.5 shall not limit the Borrower’s obligations under other provisions of the Loan Documents, including §15.
